This is an great short read if you find yourself in a leadership position. It provides very real and simple advise to be a great leader, often showing symmetry to how leadership qualities are reflective of nature and our world around us. Sometimes it is the simplest insights that can have the greatest impact on us.
Favorite quote: “A leader is best when people barely know he exists”
I recommend this book if you find yourself in a position of leadership and are struggling with how to approach it. Heider offers a brand new (to me) perspective on leadership qualities, patience, and empowerment.
